Attention! A must read article for anyone that THINKS they would want to rent from this organization called AIMCO. I worked for this company in this location long enough to tell you DON'T LIVE ANYWHERE THAT AIMCO OWNS because they will convince you that you came home to aimco, right!

They will get you to sign a lease and then your finish, what I mean is perception is erroneous if you think you will get anything fixed meaning leaks from bathroom plumbing to kitchen plumbing to non-working heating and cooling system to mold to worn out torn apart worn down apartments ranging from 30 to 40 years old and in desperate need to be condemn from you local city officials.

Once you have sign the contract, your stuck for one full year, and do not think your going to get out of your lease, they will keep your deposit and some more. Believe me when I say once you sign on the dotted line - BEWARE you will find massive problems with any and everything in each apartment you look at before you sign, and move in.

You need to do your home work before you move into any apartment own by these high dollar sum lords, do your home work, it's not worth hast, because it will be waste on your part.

Your calls to the office for maintenance repairs will not be fixed correctly, they will bandage, masked the problem until you get sick of it and be force to move and loose your deposit as well and more. Go to any search engine and type in Problems with Aimco and watch the complaints just flow in.

Trust me when I say all of this speaking from one's view that just got sick of ripping off people that all they are looking for is a decent place to live, so do not believe it with the motto AIMCO uses when their motto is YOU HAVE COME HOME TO AIMCO no, you minus well have just rolled down your car window and just threw out 10,000.00 or more a year to these HIGH DOLLAR SCUM lords.
