Hewlet Packard Nightmare

My daughter and I purdhased 2 HP laptop computers through QVC. It was a great deal that turned into a nightmare. Within the past 13 months her unit has been returned 3 times for a repair and then they sent a replacement that was worse than her original. Miracle... She nagged until she received a refund. That took 6 months. Mine has gone back for repairs 3 times and still has the same things wrong with it since the first time it went in. They provide a "repair list sheet" to fill out but due to lack of room you add a docuement and they disregard your report of what is wrong and do what they want with it; thus it really is never repaired. Between mine and my daughters DEFECTIVE laptops she has spent numberous hours sending emails and making phone calls EVEN UP TO THE EXECUTIVE/PRESIDENT and we still do not have any satisfaction!!! The battle still continues!!!
