Dishonest, ripoff, took $2700 to build custom desk & chair in May and still have no product in Sept

We ordered a custom desk and chair from Lakewood Furniture aka logheaven.com on May 7. Paid Miles@logheaven.com with cashiers check $2700.00 up front. Received confirmation from him that desk would be delievered to Colorado within one month.

After many phone calls throughout the summer, we still have no desk or chair and have been lied to constantly as to the status of the order. It is now Sept 14th and we still have no probuct. Miles continues to lie and inform us the desk is done and has even gone to the extent to tell us it will be shipped on a certain day and then we never hear from him and then we place a call to him inquiring about the delivery and he informs us he never said such a thing.
