Service from hell!

I purchased a new refrigerator in july the motor burned up in sept. 2011. And here it is 5 days later and still not fixed and i'm told the part won't be in for another 2 days??? I even called the beaumont corporate office and asked for the complaint dept and they said they take complaints all day long and so they are familiar with people calling to complain, so my little issue was no big deal!!!??? What tha!!!??? #$%&*)_ (@#$%
