Had a oil change and transmission flush, after leaving discovered transmission shifting irregular, went back to jiffy, on good faith they redid the service (on good faith $150) very surprised on that and very happy with it. After service, transmission still had irregular shifting, went to my local dealer. Service cost me ~$250. Contacted Jiffy's customer service and they were very polite and quick in response, even go a fallow up e-mail. After there investigation they determined they were not at fault but did reimburse me for the cost of my service, fedex it to me in 2 days. Not the happiest with there service, but there customer support is top notch!
