Steve Alston advertises rentals in the papers (daily news, enquirer) and poses as a rental agent to vacant properties, takes a security deposit, and unbeknowst to you Its a scam. Steve is not a licensed rental agent. He advertises Castle Management as his business and claims to have ties to bigger legal agencies but those reputtable companies doesn't know of him. This guy is very good at selecting vulnerable women for these so called properties. He will take your money and disappear and you will be left with nothing to show for it as so was I. Please do your research on any rental calling L&I will inform you of any persons claiming to be a licensed renter. Steve Alston has a new partner in crime as well unfortunately its his son.
