Misuse of a customer and compute

I went into this company called alston vending inc. I had brought mircosoft words and when i brought it the man told me that i had it for life and ain't noway that i could lose it so anyway something had happen to the box and i had to take it in and when i did i lose my mircosoft words so i told them that i had lost it and he told me that i couldn't get it back unless i pay for it again so by me thinking something funny about what he had told me that i had to pay again icalled around too find out if what they was saying was true but the man told me that at the time i was suppose to have gotting a cd and they never did. And plus they cheated me out of everything i had paid for my use computer to have. And the reason they are doing this to me is because i went in there letting them know that this is my first time buying a computer i want and need justice thank you
