Called them to come cap a leaking gas pipe in my house. They tried tightening down the existing cap as a stop gap measure and said that should do it, it didn't. (They should have put some pipe dope on the threads like the next guy did.) Gas was still leaking and they refused to come and do anything more with it, other than replace all the gas
