I placed an order for a cheap set of chairs and fencing, dollhouse size. It was meant to decorate a cake. The cost? $20.

Fellow shoppers: I realized at check-out I wasn't offered different shipping choices. I immediately emailed the company stating I needed it shipped faster. My phone number was included in my order. (In their fine print it states that they will contact you within a few hours).

I checked my email, someone by the name of "Cheryl" responded saying "no problem, we added it to the order." So, I responded with what was the cost? I needed it faster but not necessarily, overnight. The cost? $60. I could not believe it! Could they not state the cost before adding it to my order? Could they not call me?

I cancelled the order. To add insult to injury, they charge a fee for cancelling your order. It is 25% of your order. So, I'm thinking 25% of $20. Right? I inquired about how much they were going to keep of my money and never got an answer. The response was "do not contact us again." On my bank statement, it shows they charged 25% of the total order (including the outrageous charge for shipping). I ended up paying $20. For something I NEVER received. Stop payment, well it also says in fine print that you'll be charges for the ENTIRE ORDER if you do so.

Just got finished filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I'm not finished yet. I'm going to get my $20 back, if it means warning others about them and causing people to think twice about ordering from them. I will spread the word about this company, far and wide. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are RUDE, THIEVES!!! Instead go somewhere else, somewhere that has good customer service and treats you nice. We all deserve that.
