About 2 weeks ago we started having problems with our A/C unit. It would stop blowing cold air after being on for a while until you shut it off for around 10 or 15 mins, then it would cool again. But we started to feel a decreasing amount of air coming from our vents. So we call our home warranty company and they sent over Cool Heat Of Oklahoma to solve the problem. Well when he arrived I explained all the problems we had with our system, how it had no filters in it when we bought the home and moved in three months ago and how it seems to get hot and stop blowing cold air.

After around 20mins, or so he returned back to my front door with his paperwork telling me it was a little low on Freon and that the unit was to small for the house.
