I created a estimate for brand new ac and heater through Homedepot which may be the organization they established me-up with. 14 days later ARS named to verify the visit and half an hour later I acquired a phone informing me they could not do the discussion until my spouse could show up. I find this to become not just absurd, but sexist and unpleasant. When the supervisor Gary got about the telephone, 3 way with Homedepot, he went more to express that it's organization plan for that spouse to become current since normally "they get way too many calls with concerns". From the tone of the supervisor, I've without doubt when a man had created a scheduled appointment demand, they'dnot need his spouse to become there. Again, I find this necessity to become sexist and extremely unpleasant.
