Inacurrate information, now they want me to pay a restocking fee and return shipping charges

I purchased a Pet Crate end table from RadioFence thru the Amazon website. When I assembled it, the dimensions was different than what was stated on the website.
The actual dimensions are 26 1/4" W 27 3/7" W including the top which overhangs the crate/table on all 4 sides 38" D 39 1/4" D including the top which overhangs the crate/table on all 4 sides
NOT as stated below:

I feel that it is very unfair to be charged a restocking and return fee for something that is clearly stated incorrectly. I would have had no way of knowing this was the actual physical size, until I assembled it. It will not fit in the space intended per the manufactures spec it would have. Please address this issue.
