The description listed for the table is as follows (excerpts): lovely Solid Oak Anitque Harvest Table some refer to as a Trestle or Farm Table. It is a heavy, sturdy piece of furniture. It originally came from a family estate. It is solid oak.

We emailed her and asked a few more questions and she told us the table was from Manchester England. When we got there we should have picked up on the fact that the table was a bit light, but we were in a hurry as we had to meet my parents soon thereafter.
