Refrigerator repair - Samsung Refridgerato

I wish I had never agreed to their service agreement. Fridge goes out on Sunday they show up tues, refrig seems to be working when tech arrives, he says cant find anything wrong. Its making working noises at least and seems to be cooling. Get home weds evening everything I had just repurchased is now defrosted and ruined.
Call Blue crew and they say cant get anybody out til next monday!!! 5 days really
I live 50 miles from atlanta... I will definitely put the word out about thier PROMPT service.
