Broken ice maker - Electrolux freeze

This is the second time in a year that we had to have them come out to fix our ice maker on a fridge that's a year old. We thankfully bought the protection plan. My complaint revolves around the fact that twice we were given a window of time, 4 hours, told that we would get a call 30 minutes before the techs arrival, stayed home for the 4 hours and then after the 4 hrs went outside in my backyard (with all my phones) and the tech comes and 15 minutes later. I find a yellow "sorry we missed you" note. I called right away and requested that the tech come back and got told he can't. When I asked why I didn't get a call, I was told they don't always call, even though I was told I would when I booked the appt. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she'd have to call me back. Three days later no supervisor has called. The routing department called to reschedule. When I asked to speak to their supervisor, they told me he, Clint, would have to call me back. Again 3 days later no call. The phone reps are rude and couldn't care less that I wasted a whole day and will now have to do it again.
