Many telephone calls, no reply

For 2 months I've been calling the affiliation since my home roof have now been dripping greatly, no body has arrived in. This Friday I'd a large crisis once the home light in the roof half-open about the left-side along with a wide range of water got along, my child was simply moving by, we required help the crisis telephone number for the affiliation with Curved Tree I had been guaranteed somebody can come to check on it by Mon 28 of May, no body has arrived in. Today Wednesday I named again and left many messages but noone has return my telephone calls, I'm unable to prepare for my loved ones because it is extremely harmful to go by your kitchen roof because the light is been heading down not yet striking the ground, it might drop anyminute, now's flowing in curved pine. I don't believe is reasonable, whenever we spend the mainenance charge everytime. Really dissapointed with Bent Tree affiliation support.
