Raised the price nearly $3.000 after the job was done

We were given a written estimate of nearly $13,000. Which was fine.

We were also told if there was any unforseen rot under the exsiting roof that the price would go up.

After the old roof was ripped off, the forman of the company doing the job for Home Depot, told us he had good news, there was no rot found.

We were also told that they would take the antennas down so they could roof over the holes that would be left, but after the job was done, we were told that they had never said that, and they don't do that.

We had the antennas taken down by someone else, and Home Depot has refused to cover the holes that are left.

After the new roof was put on, and all of the old roof had been carted off, we were told that there had been rot, and we would have to pay an additionala $2,800. After be told that there was no rot, when we pointed this fact out, we were told that he (the forman) had never said that.

We were left with no choice but to pay.

We have since contacted Home Depot several times to try and get this mess straightened out, but none of our calls have been returned.

In the process of doing our roof they punched a hole through our inside kitchen roof, plus left several cracks in the inside walls.

We told the forman about the damage done, and he said he would get someone out to fix the hole, but it might not be for a week or more.

The guy came out to fix the damage without calling first, he arrived 5 minutes before we were to leave, and when we told him this, he became very rude and said he hadn't wanted to come out in the first place, and if he couldn't do the job right then, he would not come back.

We told him to leave, and called the forman about what was said, he said he would get someone out there but it would be another week or two before someone could come out.

We finally got the hole in the kitchen roof patched, approx. 3 weeks after it was done.
