Sears
Bad Management

Construction & Repair

Hello, My name is Debbie Johnson. And I have been a customer of Sears since I was a little. But My most recent trip to the store in Greendale, Wisconsin. I believe store number 1082 has me feeling bad for all there lower employee's and dissatisfaction with the way that store runs. I heard manangers speaking loud enough about there customers standing ten feet away from them. Saying bad things about them and making fun of them. Then the next thing shocked me the most. I Openly heard and saw on multiple occasions your managers yelling on the sales from at there employees, Swearing up a storm and cussing out there employee's and telling them how bad they were and how big of a mess up eachother of them were. I believe that no upper management should be able to talk to there employees the way I experienced it multiple times. I just heard the worst vulgar things out of your managers mouths, that probably hurt some of there employees feelings. I also heard an employee ask for help for something, and the manager plainly said " Figure it out and do it yourself" and walk away. I am deeply offended and appauld by the way you let your people run your company. I shall not be returning to your store or any stores of yours and I have also written an article in my local paper describing the horrors I have saw and experienced in you company. I am deeply concerned about the way you run your company.

I appriciate your time and thanks for listening, I really do hope you guys do something about this, its just unacceptable.

Debbie Johnson
