Country Estates, Shelia Worssner paid 3000.00 down payment on trailer, have no contract or mailbox key. Have ask for both a number of time

I bought a trailer from Country Estates in Yukon. The park manager, Shelia Worssner handled all the transaction. I was shown the trailer and told the price would be 15,500.00 for an as is property and they required 5% down payment. I agreed to both payments.

Went to the bank and got cashier check 3000.00 made out to Equity Trust, FBO Derek J Richards, and a second check for390.00 payable to Country Estates for the lot space and was given the keys.

I got all utilities in my name, moved in and started making home repairs, it was a fixer upper.

I went to the office at least 3 times to get the mail box and ask about the contract. Shelia always had different excues and each time said she would get these things.

April 9 we exchange money and house key, it's now May 22and Shelia avoids me and I'm starting to think they sold the trailer without clear title.

I want to keep the trailer but I need legal contracts and the rest of the keys, Ihave mail in the box, bills that need to be paid.
