Thermal Dimensions
Ripoff Warranty Breach

I have ThermalPane windows in my home purchased from "Windows Concepts of Milwaukee" as representives of Thermal Dimensions Inc. One of the windows is warped appx. 1/8 inch. I have a 'Lifetime Non-prorated Warranty" from Thermal Dimensions Inc. When I contacted them they told me that the warranty was no good because they no longer make that window and the Company that sold them to me was no longer in business.

They are not going to get away with that if I can help it I filed complaints with Northern Illinois Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commision, Wisconsin Consumer Affairs Commisioner, Fox Channel 6 Action Line, and the attorney General of the State of Illinois. If any of these cannot help to resolve this I will sue Thermal Dimensions Inc. Usually one or more of them can settle such issues
