Ripoff Took 50% deposit, did not install kitchen

On March, 23.04. I signed the agreement about kitchen installation and paid 50% deposit. According to this agreement, kitchen must be installed within 10-12 weeks. After 20 weeks we still do not have this kitchen cabinets. I have met with owner of "Idea Kitchen and Bath", asked to give my deposit back. He refused to do so. I sent certified letter about my intention to cancel this contract. The owner of this company refused to receive this letter. Now I will proceed my case in court.
