Kitchen & Bath Direct SCAM Artist, Worst Product! Worst Service!

My husband and I recently wanted a Kitchen makeover, we hired Kitchen & Bath Direct in Tracy on West Larch Rd to remodel for us. I would have to say this was by far the worst service I have ever encountered. They have the worst communication with there clients and they upsell everything. The use Car Sales Man like tactics to sell you CHEAP CHINESE cabinets that fall apart a week after they installed it. We have tried to contact Kitchen & Bath Direct for there warranty repair service and they have ignored our calls and they will not send someone over to fix the cabinets. For all you who have saved there honest money to have that dream makeover, please do not waste your time with crooks like this. F - Rating on my scale.
