Yarek Sulavko BEWARE! They took my deposit and promised to have my kitchen installed in 4 months. 7 months later I can't get either the kitchen or my deposit back

On 4/3/09 I signed a kitchen cabinets purchase agreement with Alva Line USA owner Mr. Yarek Sulavko. According with the agreement I shouldve received the cabinets in 12 weeks from its signing, which is by 6/26/09. Mr. Yarek Sulavko kept asking me to wait a little longer and on 9/7/09 we signed another agreement which stated that he has 2 more months to deliver the cabinets or return my deposit in the amount of $580 within 3 business days after 11/7/09. Two weeks have passed after the latest deadline and I have neither cabinets nor my deposit back and Mr. Sulavko doesnt return my phone calls.
