Con Artists thieves

I was told my refrigerator problem was a faulty diode board and that it would need to be replaced. They would order the part and return to do install/replacement. I was billed for that days service plus a 50% downpayment for the part. After they left i decided that i would mark the diode board with my initials in black permanent marker. (i just had a off feeling about this repair as i am an experienced general contractor and have worked with many subs over my days. When they returned the following week they showed me the part they were going to install (looked just like my part... So far so good) they fiiddlled about behind the unit and told me work was complete, billed me for another service call and the balance for the new part. After they left i checked the work and found that the diode panel installed on my fridge had my initials in black marker on it.
So you tell me.
A week later i had to call another repair person whom fixed my problem for a simple service call fee and i have not had any problems since. So... Not only did these guys rip me off but they didn't even do the repair i needed, and to be honest... I didn't call them back because i did not want this father and son team ever in my house or even on my lot again. These guys are professional friendly thieves and dangerous. Be fore - warned. I did call the office to complain about the unit still not working and told the secretary what happened and that is when she offered to send them back out... That the board they were to install actually had just arrived and that they now had the part. When they were there last they didn't have the correct part and so that was what happened: they didn't install the part. Even though at that time they told me " your all done, thanks, please pay this" at which point i wrote the check. Since there was no doubt that they had cheated me, i simply did not want these kind of people in my home again. Regardless.
