Ripoff, I asked for a copy of my contract. Guess what... They don't keep them

Fyi... Rooms To Go does not keep a copy of your SIGNED contract.

NO CONTRACT... I'm not paying it. Someone obtained furniture in my son's name (he's 13). When I questioned the company, they said it was done online and that I (not he) was liable.

Okay... Send me the bill sweetie. I'm still waiting on the bill, where it was delivered and who signed for it. Needless to say, I already contacted the (3) reporting credit bureaus and made an Alert Report for Identity Theft. I'll check back in 6 months, to make sure it's not added back on.inconvenience... Yeh, but how can you ruin a 13 year olds credit, bozos.

So, first off, ask for a copy of your CONTRACT. Then fight it with the credit bureau. They HAVE to delete it from your account. No contract, no payment. Simple as that people!
