Poor Customer Service / Employees Lie

Four hours overdue on first time of deploy.
Five hours late on second-day of deploy as a result of "tire blowout" about the highway. Not a problem, things happen. But five hours to alter/repair a set? Really? I really donot feel so. Once they came, my spouse was speaking with the contractors and unearthed that they never had a blowout, however they were named directly into assist on another work.
