Keep far from m&i floor. Karen is very poor planner and does not follow through. We were in love with hardwood and lamenant floor and deploy. Karen offered us on hardwood that was backordered and was not available. 12 hours ahead of deploy, Karen calls our mobile phones and needs/needs that people (the client) g/u the timber because it will be a $95 shipping cost. She also advised us the specialist mentioned the lamenant must maintain our house for atleast twenty four hours just before deploy or we risk mount issues later. After yelling at Karen that evening, she decided to shipping the merchandise towards the house. We discovered 24 hours later the specialist did not learn about the task that were agendas for 3 months till earlier the night time before. This was crisis which wasnot required.
