Delivery men drop off furniture and steal your possesions

This company uses outside contractors to deliver their merchandise to your home and if you leave the room for 5 minutes then they grab what they can and run. Jose Rodriguez and his helper Luis were the culprits in my situation but the county police informed me it happens often.

They stole 40 DVD's and 5 Play Station 2 games, totaling $1150. The Room Store itself is in no way sympathetic to their customers at all, they accused me of lying and "trying to get over on the company." Donna Buschman the manager of the Glen Burnie store was rude and implying that I deal with it on my own. Every individual I spoke to put me off to another individual and another number to call with everyone saying its not our fault... Deal with it.
