Ripoff, fraudulant, does not delive

I ordered a nightstand from Annie Griffin in February. I paid in full via credit card. It is now August and I have not received the nightstand. I was receiving emails or phone calls every 2 weeks until June 24th saying that they had a severe backlog of orders with Broyhill. I haven't heard anything from them since. I've sent numerous emails and left many voice mails. Have had no replies.
