Dishonest Business Practice - Auto Service

I believe it is their deliberate business model to provide a service and use inferior parts so they fail within the warranty period. They honor the warranty by replacing the part but you still pay for the labor.

Examples:
I paid for the lifetime Alignment and when I brought my vehicle in they routinely checked the alignment and stated that all was good.in spite of the warranty and assurances that the front end was checked regularly. My Firestone tires all wore unevenly and needed replacement within the tire warranty. They offered a discount on the unused tread but I still paid hundreds of dollars years ahead of when I should have. Those 4 tires should have lasted me another 2 years if they had worn evenly, instead I had to spend alot of money prematurely.

I had my brakes done last year, they failed in less than 12 months, and yes, they are under warranty, but I still have to pay $135 in labor!
It just seems like scam.
Warrantied items that fail prematurely and if you want the credit discount you are forced to double down on Firestone service/products. I believe it is a calculated and intentional way to do business. I took my tire business elsewhere but I'm still using them for services.

I am stuck with Firstone until I replace my current vehicle but NEVER AGAIN.
