Green Solution Property Services contacted our company in January to do work on a foreclosed property. They were always available and were also pushing us to get the job done where the previous contractor had not... Hmmmm. I now know why he left... After getting the job finished and sending them the correct documentation for sign off they never paid us the remainder of the job. We then were told we would get paid as soon as possible by Kim Stamps. We then received a letter in the mail stating that GSPS was sorry that they can't pay as they are getting late payments from their "clients" aka BANK of AMERICA, and would pay us as soon as possible. I have contacted BofA and they said they can do nothing for us as their contract is only through GSPS. What a great bank huh! I notice that more and more complaints are showing up with GSPS. We are in the process of a Class Action Lawsuit against this unethical company that takes advantage of small and honest business owners.
