Offers discounted services through GROUPON and then dont do the jo

I bought a coupon from GROUPON for eavestrough and downspowt cleaning and made appointment with this company. At first appointment the technician told me that he can do only one side because of the height of the house (though I have a regular two storied residential house). Then I contacted the receptionist and made a second appointment 2 weeks later. This time another guy came and refused to do the job for the same reasons and said the same things to me. I think they choose the houses they will do though, on the couponI could not find any conditions like that. I wasted my time two times.
