Sent out DVD that could not be played and the return address was incomplete so I had no way to send it back

I signed up for a DVD and other information to build solar panels and got a DVD that unplayable but I am unable to return the item because the shippping label is incomplete. I emailed the company and told them of the problem and asked for their shipping address they responded with information that another DVD would be sent to me but failed to give me either a phone number or an address to return it.
