Also know as SNRY Deceptive business practices - DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR PROMISES OF HELPING TO START A SOLAR ENERGY BUSINESS

Solar Energy Initiatives (SEI), now known as SNRY promised to help me start and run a succesfull solar energy business. I paid them $19,900 to become a dealer and took a one week training. At the beginning the support was good but once we started to place real life orders they failed to deliver the support the promised. 80% of the orders we placed in one year were either very late, incomplete or wrong equipment and parts. When we requested replacements they force us to pay for overnight shipping to get the right parts... Hey, if you made a mistake in the shipping why the customer should pay for it? I was told when I sign up that they were the manufacturer of solar hot water equipment and showed me a warehouse full of equipment but I found out later, while trying to fix the mistakes they made, that they are re-sellers of equipment built by their competition. Nothing wrong with that but the fact that they lied to get me into the dealership program is unacceptable. They always blamed their suppliers, manufacturers or freight companies for their mistakes. They refuse to take responsibility for the losses in business and money we experienced due to their lack of professionalism.
I paid $19,900 to this company and placed all my hopes in their knowledge to build a solar energy business, they have dissapointed me and now they refuse to refund my investment. With the experience that I have now, I can tell that their training is a very basic one, that to become a real solar energy business you need more than one week of classroom, it takes the support of the company in real cases with real customers and real jobs and that is where the screwed it big time. I am buying products from other distributors now, and still experienced headaches and issues with my orders (nobody is perfect) but I LEARNED THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY $20,000 TO HAVE BAD SERVICE, YOU CAN GET IT FOR FREE.
People trying to get into the Solar Energy Business: Do not pay such amount of money to companies like SEI or SNRY (they keep changing the name to cover up the bad reputation).
