Advertised Albany sectional in cream same day del said was in stock, got there wasnt, Eric, sales person said 8 weeks but still no ship date. Ordered 2/10 and doesnt want to refund money

Wanted to order Albany sectional in cream and was advised that though commercial says same day delivery, they dont stock in this part of country and would take 8 weeks, I ordered 2/10, well after 8 weeks still no ship date, they want to call it "special order" because they are not stocking in this part of country but they are not changing any fabric, it comes in cream... How does that work! What a scam, they collect interest on a 1000.00 while you sit in an empy house with no end date. The BBB needs to get involved in this situation
