Ripoff, no customer service, sold me a defective washe

This store is selling defective appliances. I assumed I was buying a new washer. Not the case. The washer they sold me does not work. Store wants to charge me delivery chrages to bring me another washer. I did nothing wrong! Why do I have to pay more money to get what I purchased in the first place? Consumers beware! Do not shop here, go someplace else.
