Very nasty and deceitful to senior woman - serpentine belt

I am a 60 year old woman who works 2 jobs and does a lot of volunteer work. I
had to tow my vechicle to Monore on Delaware Ave.in Kenmore, NY as it broke down on holiday week-end. The manager,
Chris, and his servicemen did repair it.
It is an older car. He was angry that I would not get a power steering flush from him and when I left, he said..."Okay, when you break down agaiin, you should just take it to dealer and sell it for parts. I took it someplace else and he put power steering fluid it (no charge) and it is fine. I think it is "shameful how he behaved. I will never go there again and told everyone I know to not trust any Monroe place, except, perhaps oil change.
