Do Not Rent from Real Property Mangement Colorado

I am not sure how Real Property Management Colorado can claim the following: “Colorado's #1 Residential Property Management Solution! ” This is far from the truth! When I first moved into my property it was supposed to be cleaned and the carpets were supposed to be shampooed. This was not the case – all the blinds were yellow and falling apart, the bathrooms looked as though they had never been cleaned, the kitchen appliances were disgusting. It took me half the night and the next day to deep clean the place. I took picture of what I had to clean up and sent them to the Property Manager, along with a an email explaining my dissatisfaction. I then followed up with a phone call as well. I got a response back from the Property Manager with a lack of disregard to my concern, stating that I took the the property “AS IS”. Next, in the add it said all appliance included, so when we saw the washer and drawer we assumed that was included, especially considering the rent rate – we were surprise to find no washer and dryer when we moved in. We had to go out and spend $800 dollars on a new washer and drawer.

Let’s fast forward six months — my garage door starts to make a loud banging noise when it’s opened or closed, so I call and put in a ticket, after two weeks no one had contacted me so I call again. After two months I call again and talk with a calling agency that gets me in touch with a maintenance man. The maintenance man calls me and tells me he is going to be by the next day and to this day still has not shown up. Today, (7/22) I called to report a flood in our storage area that we noticed from last night. I called this morning at 9 A.M., it is now 4:30 P.M., and I still have not heard from maintained. At this point I am going to contact the owners, I am sure they are unaware of how Real Property Management Colorado has failed to meet their commitments to the them and to me as their tenant.

I would not recommend renting from Real Property Management Colorado; they have no compassion for their tenants and are in the business for the money not on their commitment to uphold their claim as the # 1 property management company!
