We requested some factory equipment. They deliberately delivered us another design than we requested. This design needed a substantial quantity of extra work and components to set up. We approached them-and stated we desired to return the merchandise and obtain a return. They said no. We're able to deliver it back, spend A - 20% "restocking charge", and make use of the leftover cash to purchase additional items. We stated no given that they deliberately delivered us the incorrect item. They'll not get back the merchandise or deliver us what we initially requested. The corporation is wholly unprofessional. We shall have to negotiate the problem with lawsuit. The leader Bill DiMaio is fraudulent. Don't purchase out of this organization.
