Misleading informatiom

Employee was sent out to my home, furnance, was not working. Very cold weekend. We were told by employee that we would need a new furnance, furnance was too old and not in good conditions, after four hours, we had someone come in to oversee this employee and the only thing the furnance needed, was to be flushed out, less than one hour work... As it turned out this furnance has recently been rebuilt, and this Company was involved with the work. He spent the whole day and replaced a part that did not have to be replaced. Total 908.01... After a follow up call from the Company, I told her how unhappy I was... She gave me to a manager, we agreed on a partial refund, no check came. I followed up with the manager, who told me he had the authority to issue a refund. I called back a week later, he informed me there would be no refund and they were satified with the repairs and employee... Good Luck to anyone using this Company... I will never use them again... Especially Ladies, who do not know alot about furnances.
