J Michael Brandon Nothing, that is what J Michael Brandon did to sell my home, which eventually resulted in foreclosure of the Property

In the early part of 2007 I consulted with DPR Realty LLC real estate agent J Michael Brandon. At the time the market was admittedly in bad shape, however other homes in the area were selling. He had the propert listed for ~ 9 months and to my knowledge never showed it one time. I called him numerous times and he basically said there is nothing I can do. I realize that flood gates may not have came down to look at this house, however no showings. I took the property off the market and placed in back on again in 2008 with another company and agent. At this point the market was in a worse state of affairs, yet the new agent showed the property constantly and had three offers that the Mortgage Company unfortunately declined. The property was eventually foreclosed on.

I believe that J Michael Brandon purposely placed no effort in selling my home as he new the commission would be substandard. He is a very arrogant non-caring individual.

I contacted DPR Realty LLC regarding the situation and wanted them to investigate why he never showed the property. He never even suggested other options, he either ignores your phone calls or pleads ignorance. Nothing was done.

I would strongly advise not using J Michael Brandon as a realtor and good luck with any one from DPR Realty calling you back.
