Awful unprofessional - pictures-online photos

Im writing about the photo studio in ingleside, mass. Holyoke Mall. I brought my granddaughters ages 8mos and 6years, they had one pose for each, one background that was so light, no props, no creativity, total lack ofknowledge dealing with an 8month old to get her to smile. I did not have much to choose from, but my 8 month old has no pictures of herself from a "studio" I have taken better pictures! I spent 126.00 on these photos, when i recieved them they were handed to me. When i got in the car to go home, i live 2hrs away, i could not believe how horrible they came out, these did not look like the photos i saw on the moniter, thier heads were chopped off! The cut was so crooked on the pictures my 6 year old cuts better!!!
