Violates Tennessee consumer protection act

David L. Ross Building, closed a deal for that turnkey construction of the home in breach of the TCPA. DLRC closed the agreement like a Common Company for that building of the home in Tennessee. State law requires that GCs signing building agreements to get a home be considered a Certified Development Company within the State-Of Tennessee.

DLRC displayed he was an authorized building company with relevant Employee's Payment and Liability Insurance when he closed the agreement. After doing poor work that didn't fulfill signal, or adhere to the sketches he was requested for his permit. When required to provide his permit, employees compensation and obligation insurance he rejected and "quit" the task at about 1/3 conclusion.

Following connection with the TN Department of Business and Insurance and also the Department of Work supplied proof that DLRC wasn't Certified and didn't bring employee's payment insurance.
