We're having a possible sinkhole within our home. We informed our insurance provider (still awaiting their respnse), and we informed Miamidade Building Office aswell. Your house was built-in it's an attractive almost-new home. Miamidade delivered James Ferguson as inspector... Outcomes we're in breach our home is falling apart, and we're accountable for destroy it. I begged to him please inform Mission Construction Team which was the contractor, he explained no... You're accountable. He visited our home, location an indication in the garagedoor that it's an unsafe framework, and he didn't notifify us. We now have to maneuver before January 16, nobody really wants to be accountable. Wells Fargo stated that I've to pay for the mortgage beside this case, Mission Building doesn't reply in addition to Resident Insurance, and Miamidade Building Departament will good people since our home isn't secure. How to proceed? It's a subject of energy... Mark against Goliath.
