Ripoff No Service and delivery, takes your money and never responds. This company is without a doubt very unprofessional and going to cost me more than what I saved due to their misrepresentation

After checking around for competitive window pricing I found that they were about 5% cheaper than the local Home Depot for the same type of vinyl windows.

I ordered with Wholesale Window Club, Dan, and he told me lead time was 21 days. He knew I had made arrangements for my installer and had to have the windows by 7/14/04. Well it is 30 days since my order, I paid already via credit card and they won't give me date of when the windows may arrive!!! Here is the response from his last email verbatim.

"I have not, as yet, received confirmation of the delivery date for your window order. I am working on this with the manufacturer. I will keep you
informed by email. Thank you for your patience.
