Does not honor warrantee. Refuses to answer phone or answer text messages

On Dec 03 I purchased a used Magic Chef Range from Sergio Rebeles at the U-Store Appliance location in Dallas TX. The stove was guaranteed for 90 days and was supposed to have been thoughly tested and functional. I paid cash and the stove was to be delivered on Dec 05 in the morning.
The range was not delivered until late in the afternoon after repeated calls to the number provided to me on the business card. Price did not include installation. After installing the stove I noticed that the oven did not light quickly but thought that might be normal. All other features work fine.
After using the oven for several weeks I discovered that it would not preheat efficiently and would not get over 250 degrees. I called The number on the business card and got a message that the mailbox was full and to try again later.
I finally received a call from "Manuel" and he said he would take care of it. He texted me with a request for model # so that he could order parts. I repeatedly sent the model # and requests to call me back so that I would know the status of the repair plan. He would not answer the phone and I still get the "mailbox full" message. Repeated texts to the number went unanswered.
On Feb 08 I contracted with a local appliance repair company to diagnose and repair the oven. The cost for parts and labor was $203.40. I have been unable to reach Rebeles since the middle of January.
When I texted U-Store on 02-24-12 and threatened to report his actions to usacomplaints.com he tried to call me but all communication ceased when I indicated the expense I had incured to repair the oven. This business does not honor their committments, warrantees, guarantees or promises. Do not do business with them!!
