Grossly overcharged for one hour of labo

I called D & G Plumbing to repair a water leak under our house. A man and woman were here for no more than an hour and a half. Is the job well done? I can't assess that within the short time since they left. The charge, however was over $400.00. When confronted, the man stated, rather rudely, that this is his charge for "risking life and limb" in our crawl space, which is a typical area of approximately 3' high. I have since obtained estimates from 3 other companies, all quoting no more than $200 for the job. Obviously, I should have gotten the estimates first; lesson learned. The company took advantage of a senior citizen who just needed to get the leak repaired.
