TV offer for chefs basket if ordered now would be doubled at $14.95 with free freight. Computer generated voice took my order and then made offer after offer for which I indicated "NO" for each. Finally, a live voice came on to "award " me a cruise for which I was only to pay a government required fee. I said "No thanks" and asked to have my order for the chefs basket finalized. The live voice "could not" do so. I ended the call, thinking that the order was not placed. My credit card was billed $41.96. I received 6 chefs baskets, 2 roto mixers and 3 knives. I returned all and asked for a full refund. My credit card was credited 34.97. It cost me 13.81 to return the merchandise so I am out 20.80.
