Do not order from them - Over the hill

I placed a order on 12-5-09 for 12-08-09 delivery they have a free shipping in this particular basket. I received 2 confirmation e-mail, on 12-07-09 at 7:21 pm i received a call from them saying that i have to pay a $65.00 charge for delivery if i want my basket to be delivery NOT ON 12-08-09 but will be delivery on 12-10-09, i ask the mgr how im gonna be compensative
for the inconvidence and his answer was I CAN REFUND THE MONEY RIGHT NOW AND CANCEL THE DELIVERY, i asked him where is the customer service satisfation and he said he dont have to provide that all he need is a yes or no for the delivery fee. I cancel the order and will never order again from them. It was my fiancee b-day and that mean alot to me to have that basket delievery the same day of his b-day.
