Do Not Do Business With this Woman or this Company. There are at least two couples who had the misfortune of dealing with her and she will tell you ANYTHING to get you to sign a lease, but then never address repairs or problems, not adhere to the lease terms she promised, etc. I would never buy propery using this company as the agent, just because Ms. Gardiner is so dishonest.
